professional speaker & recovery support
Are you ready to stop the cycle?
Whether you've been trying to get clean for years, just walked out of treatment, or are somewhere in the middle of your recovery journey — you don't have to do this alone.
I've been there. I know what it feels like to want to change and not know how. I know the shame of relapsing. I know what it's like to lose everything and wonder if it's even worth trying again. It is. And I can help.
Who This Program Is For -
Still trying to get clean or sober You've tried before. Maybe many times. You're tired of the cycle, tired of the damage it's doing to your relationships, your career, and your health. You haven't lost hope — you just need the right support.
Just out of treatment The first few months after treatment are the most critical — and the most difficult. The structure is gone, the triggers are everywhere, and the real work begins. I'll walk alongside you through this transition and help you build the foundation for long-term success.
In recovery and want ongoing support Getting sober is one thing. Staying sober is another. If you're clean and looking for coaching, accountability, and someone in your corner through the hard days, I'm here.
A family member who needs guidance Loving someone with an addiction is exhausting and heartbreaking. Whether your loved one is still using or newly sober, I can help you understand what they're going through — and what your role in their recovery can look like.
Recovery isn't just about quitting. It's about rebuilding.
Abstinence is the starting point — not the finish line. Real recovery means changing your habits, your environment, your routines, your relationships, and how you spend your time. That kind of change doesn't happen overnight, and it doesn't have to.
I've developed a program that meets you where you are and moves at a pace that works for you — with one clear focus: helping you stay sober and build a life worth staying sober for.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Let's Build Your Program
Every recovery is different. When you reach out, we'll design a program built specifically around your life, your history, and your goals.
1. THE 6-WEEK AFTER TREATMENT PROGRAM
The hardest part of recovery doesn't happen inside treatment. It happens the moment you walk out.
The first six weeks after leaving treatment are when most relapses occur. The structure is gone. The routine is gone. The people around you haven't changed. And suddenly you're expected to navigate the real world with a brand new version of yourself.
This 6-week program was designed specifically for that window. It provides the structure, accountability, and daily support you need to bridge the gap between treatment and real life — before the cracks appear.
What's included:
2. THE 12-WEEK AFTER TREATMENT PROGRAM
Real recovery takes time. Three months of consistent, structured support gives your mind and body the space to actually rewire — and gives you the tools to stay sober long after the program ends.
The 12-week program is for people who are serious about making lasting change. It goes deeper than the 6-week program, moving beyond crisis management and into the full lifestyle rebuild that sustainable sobriety requires.
What's included: Everything in the 6-week program, plus:
3. ONE-ON-ONE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Not ready for a full program? Just need someone to talk to who actually gets it?
Individual sessions are available on a per-session basis via Zoom and are open to anyone at any stage of their journey — whether you're still using and thinking about stopping, early in recovery and struggling, or years sober and hitting a rough patch.
There's no judgment here. Just an honest conversation with someone who has lived it and come out the other side.
What we can cover:
Sessions are 60 minutes and can be booked as a one-time conversation or on a recurring weekly or biweekly basis.
4. FAMILY SUPPORT & GUIDANCE
Addiction doesn't happen to one person. It happens to everyone who loves them.
If someone in your life is struggling with addiction — and you feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next — this service is for you. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need someone to help you find them.
What this includes:
Understanding your options - There is no one-size-fits-all path to treatment. I'll walk you through what's available — detox programs, residential treatment, outpatient programs, sober living homes, and community-based support — so you can make an informed decision for your loved one.
Treatment centres — I can help you identify treatment centres in your area, explain what each type of program involves, what the typical costs are, what's covered by insurance or provincial funding, and what questions to ask before committing.
What to expect - Whether your loved one is still using, about to enter treatment, or newly out — I'll help you understand what they're going through and what your role can realistically look like at each stage.
Other options and approaches - Treatment isn't the only path. We'll talk through harm reduction strategies, intervention approaches, 12-step and non-12-step programs, and what to do if your loved one isn't ready to accept help yet.
Taking care of yourself - Loving someone in active addiction is traumatic. We'll also talk about your own mental health, where to find support for yourself, and how to set boundaries without giving up on the person you love.
Sessions available via Zoom, in person, or by phone.
